Responsibilities
As a Compliance Manager at LU AG, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to Swiss regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance is integrated into business processes.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within the Swiss market.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
