• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
